Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be processed the next business day. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer Standard shipping Australia-wide, with delivery times depending on your location:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days

  • Remote areas: 10+ business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.

Free Shipping

Orders over $150+ qualify for free standard shipping within Australia. (Excludes bulky or heavy items such as trade packs or bulk containers.)

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers including Australia Post and Aramex, depending on your location and order size.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our team at info@groundswellwash.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We’ll investigate with the carrier and work quickly to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

At this stage, we ship within Australia only. Please contact us directly for bulk or international enquiries.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot guarantee replacement or refund for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
